Hi! I’m Andrea. I’m a mediocre runner, a wife, a mother, and a lover of good food. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia with my husband, two daughters, and two cats. Run On Sentence was born from my love of writing paired with my passion for running.

I’ve loved writing ever since I can remember but my passion for lacing up wasn’t born until 2013 when I registered for my first 5km race. Somehow, that ‘just for fun’ race has evolved into countless 5k races, a large handful of 10k events and four half marathons. In 2017, I ran my first full marathon as my last big adventure before starting a family.

With a full-time career, a busy family schedule, and a road race that’s perpetually ‘just around the corner’, Run on Sentence exists as a place for me to document my thoughts and keep track of all the lovely memories I make along the way. I hope you enjoy the read as much as I’m enjoying the journey.
